今回ご紹介するチョコレートは、

LIFE IS PATISSIER(ライフ イズ パティシエ)
2020年にオープンしたショコラ専門店。
自由が丘駅の踏切から徒歩３分程度の場所に、周りと雰囲気の違うスタイリッシュな外観。店内もシンプルで洗練されていて、焼き菓子がジュエリーのように並んでいます。
私の目当ての品は、こちら。
リーフキャラメル 1,600yen（+tax）
名前もそうですが、見た目がめちゃめちゃ気になりませんか？
どんな味がするんだろう、とワクワクします。
このオリジナルパッケージの中に、割れた板チョコのような感じで、複数枚のチョコが入っています。
食べてみると、シャリ、パリ、トロっという感じで食感がとても楽しくて、甘さと苦味のバランスが計算されていて、コーヒーやウイスキーなどとゆっくり食べてもらいたい一品です。
この食感の理由は、ほろ苦いキャラメルをチョコレートでコーティングしているから。
